Villa de Santis Gallipoli

Villa De Santis is located just a few minutes from the center of Gallipoli and the beautiful beaches of Baia Verde. This prestigious villa offers three tastefully furnished apartments, available all year round for couples, groups of friends and families. The 3,000 square meter fenced garden is ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, walking or stargazing.

Inside the garden, tables, wooden benches, barbecues, sunbeds, hammocks and an ornamental pond with fish and turtles offer endless opportunities for entertainment for adults and children.

Each apartment, located on the ground floor and first floor, is furnished with handcrafted wooden furniture, curtains and high quality fabrics. The interiors include bedrooms with wrought iron beds, bathrooms with shower cubicles, relaxation areas with LED TV and WiFi, and fully equipped kitchens with appliances, kettle, cutlery and pots and pans. Meals can be eaten inside or outside, under the large wooden canopy. Upon request, cots, cribs and high chairs are available for the little ones.

Villa De Santis offers three independent apartments, each with its own private spaces to ensure privacy and comfort for guests. The apartments are furnished with handcrafted wooden furniture and high-quality curtains, including bedrooms with wrought iron beds, bathrooms with shower cubicles, relaxation areas with LED TV and WiFi, and fully equipped kitchens.

Guests can also enjoy shared spaces, such as the 3,000-square-meter fenced garden, equipped with tables, wooden benches, barbecues, sun loungers, hammocks and an ornamental pond with fish and turtles, offering numerous opportunities for recreation and relaxation.

How to reach us

The best way to enjoy a holiday in the apartments of Villa De Santis is to move with your own car or alternatively with a rental car (Rent Car Service office in Via Firenze, 40). We are 34 minutes by car from the city of Lecce and about 50 minutes from the city of Brindisi. The nearest airport is that of Salento, north of Brindisi, while the train station served by Trenitalia is located on the Marconi seafront. For young people or for those who prefer the comfort of a scooter, we recommend going to the “Nolo” Scooter Rental Center in Gallipoli, in via Rosmini 15. We also offer our guests bicycles and MTBs to explore the countryside or reach the beaches with a pleasant bike ride.
